Our partners are our mirrors
Friday Feb 05, 2021
Friday Feb 05, 2021
In this podcast I speak to Rosie Battimelli about the concept we are calling our partners are our mirrors. We discuss relationship dynamics, how people often fall into relationships where one person is a Lion and the other is a Unicorn (more on that in this podcast) and how this is backed up by ideas from attachment theory.
About Rosie:
Rosie is a mindset mentor, yoga teacher and womxn's empowerment coach. Having dived into the world of self development for over 13 years, Rosie takes you on a journey to return back home to yourself. From her own experience of dealing with fear, anxiety and mistrust, she now guides womxn to heal those vulnerable parts; to unleash their divine feminine power; and radiate boundless luminous confidence from the inside out. Founder of The Glow Up Programme and Sensual Luminosity Yoga, Rosie will help you transform your way of thinking and make you fall deeply in love with life.

In this episode I speak with Clara Gomez Santos about how to harness a healthy masculine energy. We discuss ways to cultivate this state and what the benefits are of doing this.
About Clara:
Clara is an Intimacy & Empowerment guide, women’s mentor and facilitator of transformative processes. She has supported thousands on the path to wholeness and erotic empowerment through retreats, private sessions and ceremonies spanning Asia, Middle East, Latin America, USA and Europe.
Drawing on a rich, embodied knowledge of Tantra, Shadow Work, Esoteric Psychology and Shamanism, she holds containers in which core, disowned aspects of our human nature may come forth into integration and become fuel for soul expression.
Clara is Faculty at ISTA - International School of Temple Arts - and she's the creator of “The Man Within” program, a 30-day initiation supporting women to understand, cultivate and embody the “healthy” aspects of our masculine energy. The program has quickly gained international praise with over 200 women taking part in its first year.

Why it is important to cast your vulva
Friday Jan 22, 2021
Friday Jan 22, 2021
In this podcast I speak with Viktoria Krug who is the owner of Vulvarium where she does vulva sculpting. We discuss connecting to the vulva, the anatomy of the vulva and how to battle shame around this topic.
Viks information is below:
My name is Viki and I am the person behind Vulvarium and the vulva castings.
On paper, I am 27 years old and Austrian, but it sometimes feels as if I have lived quite a few different lives already. I consider this a good thing and I am indeed very happy with who I am and with the direction my life is going.
Owning less and living more has so far been my best recipe and my glass is always half full – mostly with delicious, vegan red wine.
I’ve been very lucky when it comes to traveling the world. Studying abroad, working abroad, spending months on the road with nothing but a backpack and sunburn has been a big part of my life and I have left parts of my heart all over the globe.
One thing I have learned from all these voyages is, that no matter how far you go, you can never really escape from your own mind and heart. Because paradise is not a place, but a state of mind.
So how do we reach this state of mind?
And, most importantly, how do we remain there once we’ve finally found it?
I believe that it all comes down to staying true to ourselves, doing what we love and following our hearts and dreams. And then to figure out how we can improve the lives of the people around you.
“Where your talents and the world's needs cross, there lies your vocation”.
And this is exactly how Vulvarium started.
I’ve heard and seen enough about how a woman’s* body is supposed to be like.
So here I am, arty and crafty, aligning my actions with my ideals, using my talents to build the kind of world I want to live in as well as the kind of world my future children should be living in. This is me doing my part so that every person with a vulva can feel beautiful, proud and happy in their body, with one worry less standing in their way of finding their own paradise.
